Agreement
By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website. You must be legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law or use the site with a parent or legal guardian.
Products, pricing and taxes
Product colours can vary slightly by screen. Measurements are approximate. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but may correct an obvious error before dispatch and will offer cancellation with a full refund if an accepted order is affected.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. VSTR may decline or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or incorrect information. Ownership and risk pass according to applicable law when the order is delivered.
Payment
Checkout is provided by Shopify and payments are handled by the payment provider enabled in Shopify Checkout, including Razorpay where available. You authorise the applicable amount when submitting payment. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery may be restricted by pincode, order value or risk checks.
Intellectual property
The VSTR name, marks, artwork, graphics, photographs, copy, product designs and website materials belong to VSTR or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. Reproduction, resale, scraping or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, misuse promotions, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VSTR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption or misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over VSTR’s registered business address will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer dispute-resolution rights.
