Returns, refunds & cancellations.

Return and exchange window
You may request a return or size exchange within 7 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept items with stains, odour, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, altered garments, gift cards or products clearly marked final sale. For hygiene reasons, accessories that make direct skin contact may be non-returnable when their seal is opened.
How to request a return
Contact VSTR support with your order number, the item and size, and the reason for the request. If approved, we will share pickup or self-ship instructions. Do not send an item without authorisation.
Refund timeline and method
After the returned item passes inspection, VSTR initiates the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment source. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit. COD refunds, when offered, are processed to a verified Indian bank account or UPI ID supplied by the customer.
Exchange
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund according to this policy. One complimentary size exchange may be offered per eligible order.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery. If VSTR cancels an order because of stock or fulfilment issues, the full amount is refunded to the original payment source.
Damaged or incorrect items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video where available. Verified manufacturing defects, transit damage or incorrect items are replaced or refunded without return shipping charges.
