Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, pincode, order details, returns history, product preferences, device information, IP address and website activity. Google sign-in provides basic profile details according to the permission screen you approve.

How we use information

• Process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• Create and secure your VSTR account.
• Provide customer support and service updates.
• Prevent fraud and comply with tax, accounting and legal duties.
• Improve products, stock planning and website performance.
• Send marketing only where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.

Payments

Checkout and order processing are provided through Shopify. Payments are processed by the payment provider enabled in Shopify Checkout, including Razorpay where available, together with participating banks and payment networks. VSTR does not receive or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or payment OTP. Shopify and the selected payment provider process order, payment and transaction information under their own privacy practices.

Service providers

We share only necessary information with payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, courier and logistics partners, customer-support tools, accountants and authorities where required by law. These providers process information to perform services for VSTR.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing support@vstr.shop. Some order and invoice records must be retained under applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

VSTR uses essential storage for cart and account functions and privacy-focused analytics to understand page visits and site performance. Browser settings can restrict storage, though parts of checkout may then stop working.
